I was born and raised in Turkiye, and I consider myself as a global citizen. I traveled around 35 countries across the globe, and excited to explore more of it.I met thousands of people, had and still having deep cultural exchanges with them, eager to learn about their behavioral drives, excited to hear new myths, legends and stories.

I am a history geek when it comes to exploring ancient cities and heritages or walking around the museums for hours.

Currently, I am leading Paladin, a consulting company for the new era, helps organizations to take data-driven decisions. I like how founder of Paladin Uğur describes what I do. He says; “I collect sand, and Nihal builds castles out of it”.

As one of the Behavioral Elements Certified Guides, and the Founder of MoWo Management Consultancy, I build teams and contents to help organizations to behave intelligently.

My purpose in life is to be a catalyst. I volunteer actively in JCI, YASAD and many other organizations. I lead variety of teams both professionally and volunteerly. Teams from 5 people to 20.000 people. Teams from a local community across Europe. I am passionate about “quality education” and "providing equal opportunities”. For me “Service to humanity is the best work of life.”
